Maria’s Tamales

Maria is originally from the mountains of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea but she decided
to cook tamales from recipes provided by our LatinX community at the CultivaLA Farm. 
Maria includes an Asian broth and farm fresh chayote leaves and shares her tamales
with our LatinX community of taste testers at the farm!
