Korean Remedies (이탈리아 치료법)
- GARLIC
Wash and Dry it and after pour honey over the garlic in a jar and set it to ferment, flip the jar a couple times a day and burp it due to gas building up as fermentation occurs. Once fermented, put it in the refrigerator and it keeps for years.
Used for colds, when coughing happens eat it so it will stop and sooth the throat. - LEMON
Clean lemon, pat dry and slice it. Pour honey over the lemon in a clean hat and set it to ferment. Flip the jar couple of times and burp it to let the fermentation gas get released. Once fermented, put it in the refrigerator and keep for a couple of months. Please note to have weight on it so it is under the honey and prevent it from molding. with it make tea or take a spoonful and even eat the lemon for extra vitamins. - ROSEMARY
Boil cup of water, add about a spoon or fresh rosemary, let it seep for 5 min before drinking. Good for hair health and cognitive function. - STINGING NETTLE
Boil cup of water add a handful of fresh nettle and seep for 5 min
Used for inflammation and allergy relief
