Lemon
Clean lemon, pat dry and slice it. Pour honey over the lemon in a clean hat and set it to ferment. Flip the jar couple of times and burp it to let the fermentation gas get released. Once fermented, put it in the refrigerator and keep for a couple of months. Please note to have weight on it so it is under the honey and prevent it from molding. with it make tea or take a spoonful and even eat the lemon for extra vitamins.
